What is the Nourania Method?
The Nourania method, also known as al-Qaeda Nourania, is an approach to teaching the Arabic language using the Quran as a foundation. Its name comes from its creator, Sheikh Noor Muhammad Haqqani, who developed it.
The an-Nourania approach aims to gradually teach the fundamentals of the Arabic language to students, focusing on the correct pronunciation of Arabic alphabet letters, their proper connection, as well as their correct writing and reading according to their position in sentences.
Emphasis is also placed on accentuation and extension points, using examples directly taken from Quranic verses.
In short, this method enables students to efficiently learn the Arabic alphabet, its proper pronunciation, and the rules of Tajwid of the Quran simultaneously.
Therefore, rather than separating the learning of the Arabic language and the Quran, this method combines the two. This makes it a revolutionary approach.

Who am I
and why you should choose the Nourania method by Arabic Immersion?
My name is Abdelkarim, and I was born in Avignon, in the south of France.
I didn’t learn the Arabic language, but I was born into it. I acquired it naturally, just as any child would acquire French or English in a family environment. My parents instilled in me a love for the Arabic language from an early age.
It was only natural that my studies culminated in a Master’s degree in Arabic language teaching didactics (Bac+5).
At the same time, my eldest son Mouadh was born in 2006, followed by Safiya in 2007. As a parent passionate about the Arabic language, my obsession was for them to master literary Arabic… but I didn’t know how to approach it!
I was eager to teach them Arabic because my dream was to have a family fully fluent in Arabic.
In 2010, I was finally able to touch this dream when I discovered Professor Abdellah Dannan and his immersion learning method!
By applying this method with my own family, it only took a few months for my dream to become a reality: not only did my children speak Arabic, but they could vocalize all the endings of words and sentences without making mistakes, even before turning 6 years old!
Building on this experience, I expanded my teaching to the Alfitra School I founded in Tangier. Then, to allow learners worldwide to benefit from immersion learning, I launched Arabic Immersion, an online program that welcomes 5000 learners, both children and adults.
In parallel, we have formed several partnerships with various institutions (mosques, associations, schools) in France, Belgium, and the UK to offer a blended learning approach (in-person + digital).
